Welcome to RYUSEIKAN !
Members in Ryuseikan are basically practicing the form of iai and try to cut rolling straw with the form. During the process, we are aiming at learning, understanding and practicing the logics of how iai had worked when Samurai fight against somebody.
We are also learning iai to pass down the traditional culture as well as Japanese spirit ”Bushido” to the next generations. We hope this activity would make us have good caliber, humanity and compassion to be able to contribute to a peaceful world.
Ryuseikan is 3 minutes’ walk from Kudanshita subway station which is near to to Imperial Palace and Yasukuni Jinja. We are blessed to have permanent Dojo, whereby we could practice everyday, starting from 10 am to 9pm. Please feel free to drop us a visit!
